Good habits you can start working on now

  • Washing your face/not sleeping with make up on
  • Using a planner
  • Drinking more water
  • Making your bed
  • Taking your vitamins/medication
  • Going on walks
  • Reading something every day, even if it’s just an article online
  • Paying someone a compliment
  • Checking to make sure you aren’t holding tension in your body
  • Breathing exercises
  • Putting everything in its proper place before you go to work/school for the day or before you go to bed
  • Reminding yourself you’re capable
